Attic Sales currently ships within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy or a trusted courier partner.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Main cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Handmade or custom items may require additional preparation time before shipping.
Customers will be notified if any delays occur.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
In some cases, shipping may be included in the product price or offered as a promotional offer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your delivery through the courier service.
6. Local Pickup
Attic Sales also offers local pickup.
Customers who select pickup will receive instructions once the order is ready for collection.
Pickup must be arranged in advance.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service.
While we work with trusted couriers, Attic Sales cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will do our best to assist and resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing an order.
Attic Sales cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
